Voluntary
A $50.00 Service Charge applies to all PSYA registrations and is NON REFUNDABLE.
NO REFUNDS as of June 1.
NO REFUNDS IF YOU ARE USING PAYMENT PLANS

Mandatory
If a child is dropped from the program for any of the following reasons, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
1. Failure to pay registration fees and fundraising money by player certification date.
2. Failure to provide all documents required by deadline dates.
3. The child is a disciplinary problem.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE UNTIL ALL EQUIPMENT/UNIFORM HAVE BEEN RETURNED.
Registration Policy:
If you opt to mail in a check during online registration, you have 14 days to either pay your account in full by check or set up a payment plan online in order to keep your player/cheerleaders spot.
If you are unable to pay the full registration fee we will offer financial assistance in the form of a payment plan.
All accounts must be paid in full before the first day of practice. No athletes will be allowed to participate until account is paid in full.
Player Evaluations
Player Evaluations will take place during the first two weeks of practice. Players will participate in drills with their own age group while being evaluated by the coaches. Coaches will evaluate the players over the course of several days and assign players to their respective team. Each age group that has two teams will have a D2 team and a D3 team. Coaches will communicate the practice schedule for the coming days and season separately.
